We send SMS notifications for the sole purpose of informing you promptly in the event of a manufacturer’s recall affecting your vehicle. These notifications will ensure you receive important updates and guidance regarding the recall in a timely manner, prioritizing your safety and peace of mind.
The sms are sent on behalf of our Dealerships who are required to provide their customers with written opt-in for sms or mms on their Sales or Service contracts. You can find specific details of your written consent at your dealership. If you wish to opt-out of Recall notifications, please fill out the opt-out form here
You can also opt-out if you receive a text message by replying STOP to unsuscribe at any time.
If you have not already indicated your consent on the written Sales or Service agreement when you last visited the Dealership for your vehicle you can opt-in using the following form.
You will be sent an email that will ask you to confirm (double opt-in). Please reply yes to complete opt-in.
We will maintain a record of your consent, including the timestamp and method of opt-in.
Written opt-in
You can also opt-in using the written Sales or Service Agreement presented by the dealership when you buy or service your vehicle.
