If you have not already indicated your consent on the written Sales or Service agreement when you last visited the Dealership for your vehicle you can opt-in using the following form. You will be sent an email that will ask you to confirm (double opt-in). Please reply yes to complete opt-in. We will maintain a record of your consent, including the timestamp and method of opt-in.
