This Privacy Policy is Not

AMMS’s Terms of Use or service agreements, which are separate documents outlining the contractual relationship between AMMS and its customers or partners. Those documents describe specific rights, responsibilities, and terms applicable to the services provided by AMMS.

Non-US individuals

AMMS exclusively handles personal data related to United States citizens and residents. Our services are not intended for, nor marketed to, residents of jurisdictions outside the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

AMMS provides marketing services to its clients. As a service provider, we only collect and use personal information as authorized by our contracts with our clients. These companies can authenticate you and provide information about the rights that you may have under CCPA or other applicable laws.

AMMS does collect contact information from commercial customers and business professionals who are subject to the CCPA. We do not sell this personal information, but we may share business customer information with our affiliates and service providers. We may also disclose personal information to third parties for business purposes as permitted by the CCPA, such as to our auditors, for compliance or security, or in connection with mergers and acquisitions, or with consent.

California Residents – Shine the Light Notice

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code Section § 1798.83), residents of California may request details regarding the disclosure of their personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Requests made through agents
